Creamy Key Lime Pie

Key lime pie lovers will love this quick and delicious pie.
egg yolks, beaten
1 can (300 mL)
sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup (75 mL)
ReaLime® Lime Juice
green food colouring (optional)
1 (9-inch/23 cm)
prepared Graham cracker pie crust
2 cups (500 mL)
whipping cream or frozen whipped topping, thawed
Whisk together egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, ReaLime® and food colouring, if desired. Pour into prepared pie crust.
Bake in preheated 325°F (160°C) oven for 30 minutes. Cool completely. Chill for 1 to 2 hours. Serve topped with whipped cream or whipped topping. Garnish as desired.
