Shrimp and Mango Salad

This pretty shrimp salad will become your new favourite. Honey, ginger and garlic combine for a light yet flavour-filled dressing.
Place shrimp in a medium-sized deep bowl. For dressing, whisk together ReaLemon*, oil, vinegar, chili sauce, honey, ginger, garlic and salt. Pour over shrimp. Add mango, red pepper and green onion. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes to one hour, stirring occasionally. Pour off excess dressing and reserve. Line individual plates with lettuce and top with shrimp and mango salad.
